StaffCloud Services Private Limited has been running remote
teams for international businesses since 2004. We staff an account with named
people who learn your catalogue, your systems and your exceptions — and we
report what they did in a form you can forward without rewriting it.

Inside our office
Every account runs out of a single purpose-built operations facility in Gondia, Maharashtra. There is no second site, no partner agency and no subcontractor: the person on your account sits on one of the two operational floors, their manager sits on the same floor, and the server their work passes through is on the first floor of the same building.
That matters for two reasons a buyer tends to care about. Continuity — the team is not assembled per project and dispersed afterwards. And custody — your data does not transit a third party we would have to vouch for on your behalf.
Retention is usually quoted about clients and left there. Here it is asked twice: how long accounts have been running, and how long the people running them have been here. The second is what makes the first possible.

What we staff
5 service lines, each staffed
separately with its own leads and its own quality checks — so depth in one is
never borrowed from another.
The same team works your account every day: they know your SKUs, your systems
and the exceptions that keep recurring. Automation drafts, a person checks, and
what they did arrives in a report you can send on.
Accuracy, turnaround and recovery are baselined on your own data in the first
weeks and reported against that baseline. A vendor quoting those numbers in
advance is quoting someone else's account.
A named team on your account, reachable in your own channel — email, Slack, Teams or the helpdesk you already run.
Shifts set against your time zone, with the hours agreed per engagement rather than advertised as a blanket promise.
A written handover at the end of every shift: what was worked, what moved, what is still open.
One escalation route, named at kick-off, for the day something is wrong.
How we handle access and data
Work happens inside your systems, under your own user accounts and permissions. Nothing is copied into a system of ours and handed back.
Access is scoped to the workstream and revoked when a team member rotates off the account.
Client documents and screenshots are published only with written consent — several stories on this site are anonymised for that reason.
The information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and the quality management system to ISO 9001:2015. No other certification is claimed.
Want to see the work rather than read about it?
Every client story on this site came out of a live account — a listing nobody
could unblock, a chargeback nobody had time to dispute, a support queue that had
outgrown the person holding it.
