22+ years of running other people's storefronts
StaffCloud has supported eCommerce operations since 2004. Our teams sit inside Seller Central and Vendor Central, retailer portals like Supplier Hub and Vendor Gateway, and the order, inventory and EDI systems in between — Rithum, SellerCloud, Linnworks, CommerceHub, NetSuite and Shopify among them.
Every engagement is staffed by named, salaried, in-house employees working from our own facility. There are no freelancer marketplaces and no rotating shift pools, which is why clients hand over catalogue and financial workflows rather than one-off tasks.
More about how we work- Process before people. We document your workflow first, then staff it — so cover survives holidays, illness and growth.
- Reporting you can forward. Weekly metrics in your format, with error rates shown rather than hidden.
- Security that passes procurement. An ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified information security management system, signed DPAs, access scoped per client.
- Ramp in weeks, not quarters. A trained pod on a named process, typically inside three to four weeks.
eCommerce support questions, answered
The questions buyers ask us before the first call.
Not sure which category fits?
Describe the workload in a sentence and we will point you at the right team — or tell you honestly if it is not something we should take on.
Book a scoping callPricing is per dedicated team member, per month, and depends on the role and the hours you need covered. A catalogue associate, a Vendor Central specialist and a PPC analyst are priced differently because the training and oversight differ.
There is no per-task pricing and no setup fee. After a scoping call we send a written quote with the roles, the shift pattern and the monthly cost, so it can go straight to your finance team.
Three to four weeks is typical: one week to document your workflow, one to two to recruit or reassign and train against it, and a supervised first week on live work.
If the process is already documented and the systems are ready, we have started inside ten working days.
Yours. Our people log into your Seller Central, Vendor Central, retailer portals, PIM, ERP and helpdesk under accounts you create and control, with access scoped to the work.
We have worked in Seller and Vendor Central, Supplier Hub, Vendor Gateway, Shopify, Magento, NetSuite, SellerCloud, Linnworks, CommerceHub, Rithum and Zendesk, among others — and we learn new interfaces quickly when yours is not on that list.
Dedicated and named. Your team members work only on your account, and you know who they are. They are salaried, in-house employees working from our own facility — not contractors sourced from a freelancer marketplace.
Cover for leave is provided by a cross-trained colleague on the same account, not by a stranger from a shared queue.
Work happens from our own facility on managed machines, under an information security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, with signed NDAs and a DPA in place before access is granted.
Access is scoped per client and reviewed on a schedule; we do not move client data onto personal devices or consumer file-sharing tools.
Every process has a written QA rubric agreed with you before go-live, and the error rate is reported alongside the work rather than on request.
If quality slips, we replace or retrain at our cost — that is the first remedy, and it does not cost you anything. Billing is monthly and you can end the engagement on sixty days’ written notice (Terms 23.2), so a team that is not performing is a problem with a fixed end date rather than an open one.
Sixty days' written notice either way, for convenience (Terms 23.2). Immediate termination is available to either side for a material breach the other has not fixed within thirty days of written notice.
If you end it for convenience, the notice-period fees for the people assigned to your account remain payable — they are salaried employees rather than contractors we can stand down. Transition assistance runs for up to thirty days afterwards, so a handover is not a renegotiation.
